I imagine you

by

On mountaintops-- Your head thrown back, And arms out stretched -- Laughing at all That has come before, And beckoning everything That is yet to be. Come and get me-- Your steel-blue Eyes tell the gods. There will be a day When you must return To the house, And the fur covered Creature--black as a stallion, And just as wyly --you Call home. But for now You allow the wind to Lift you hair; Whispering stories, and Enticements. Begging you into A vast adventure.
