About Nate Gunter
Nate Gunter is a writer and editor who spent the past eleven years as the editor-in-chief of *Oklahoma Today* magazine. His writing has appeared in *This Land Press*, the *Times* of London, in two anthologies of the Woody Guthrie Poets, and on CNN.com's Opinion page. He was named Best Writer by the Great Plains Journalism Awards in 2013. He lives in Oklahoma City with his husband.
