About Lisa Bevevino

Lisa Shugert Bevevino teaches French and Latin language and literature at a small university in the Midwest. She helps people belong, writes poems, creates art books, sculpts, and organizes free writing groups for community members, children, and fellow writers in person and on zoom. She works for access to enough clean, safe water for everyone. She lives and loves with her partner, their three children, and cat in a house with green shutters on a hill covered with trees.
