About Kayla Spencer
Kayla is based in SLC, Utah, where she teaches 7th/8th Grade English at a local charter school. When not engaged in (mostly) figurative combat with teenagers, she's found scribbling down lines of poetry on old receipts or deep between the pages of her books—likely with a rapidly cooling cup of Earl Grey somewhere nearby.
