Katharina Barrett writes poems that don't perform gratitude. A late-blooming, queer and neurodivergent poet with a suspicious eye and a good memory, she is interested in power, inheritance, sex, religion, and the fine print of family lore. She works in Northern California and also makes mixed-media art under the name Baroque Grunge. Her work is forthcoming in The Brussels Review.
